Detroit NABJ, in partnership with AAJA Michigan and SPJ Detroit, is hosting its annual fundraiser to benefit metro Detroit journalists and media-related professionals who experience layoffs, illness or other hardships.
For more than a decade, the funds raised during this event have been used to award monetary stipends to those affected in the three organizations.
The evening will include food, a cash bar, a raffle and a performance by Luther “Badman” Keith and his blues band.
So, come spend a little time with us to enjoy yourself and contribute to a cause that helps our fellow journalists and media-related professionals.
