Jeff is our residential and commercial inspector for seawalls, docks, decks, and boat ramps, serving Pasco, Hernando, Pinellas, and Hillsborough counties. After graduating from the University of Maryland with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Jeff spent 20 years in the HVAC industry designing and overseeing the installation of Residential and Commercial equipment for Industry and Government.

Looking for a new challenge, he started a residential and commercial inspection business that specialized in Environmental testing and evaluation in the State of Maryland. After 12 years of fast growth in 2021 he sold the firm and moved to Florida for a new adventure.

Jeff is now performing quality home inspections and is licensed in the State of Florida. Upon purchasing a home on the Gulf of Mexico that was experiencing a failing seawall, he began studying the impacts of the environment concerning seawalls and docks.

Fascinated with the science of seawalls, he studied to gain a comprehensive understanding of seawall construction methods and factors leading to failure including tides, drainage, footers and he began to implement this into his inspection business. Using his knowledge of construction along with the latest tools in the industry such as underwater cameras, he has perfected a method of thorough and complete inspection of all important components.
